In order to create your product, we may ask you to provide information such as your name, shipping address, birth date, birth time, birth location, and responses to personal questions. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. KickAstro is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or reduced usefulness caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you.
6. Gift Orders
You may order a product as a gift for another person only if you have the right to provide the required information and, where required by applicable law, the authority or consent necessary to do so. By submitting another person's information, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that such submission does not violate any law, privacy right, or agreement.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to your order being placed. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not directly store payment card details on our own servers. Your payment is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.
8. Production, Fulfillment, and Shipping
Because KickAstro products are custom-made and personalized, production begins after your order is placed and after you submit the required information. Estimated production and shipping timelines, if displayed on the website, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to incomplete customer submissions, shipping carrier issues, production constraints, or circumstances outside our control.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are personalized and custom-produced, orders may not be canceled once processing has begun, except where required by law or where expressly permitted by a written guarantee or refund policy posted on the website. If KickAstro offers a specific refund promise, guarantee, or satisfaction standard in connection with a product, that offer is incorporated here by reference and applies only according to its stated terms. No Refunds are offered for any KickAstro products purchased using false, mistaken, or intentionally misleading personal answers or birth information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis, not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

KickAstro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or government actions.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KickAstro regarding the use of the website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without KickAstro's prior written consent. KickAstro may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
21. Survival
Upon termination of your use of the website, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Indemnification).
